Manual Proxy for Internet Explorer How 2:
Click Tools
Then internet Options (at the bottom of list)
Click Connections (5th tap)
LAN Setings
Manual Proxy for Firefox
Click tools
Options (bottom of list)
Advanced (7th Icon)
Network (2nd tab)
Then click Manual Proxy (3rd ‘bubble’)

HINTS
out of stardoll
Hit ctrl+alt+delete at the same time (before setting the proxy... it will clear history and cookies)
when using the manual proxy, when the page turns white turn off the proxy and hit enter
you may have to try several times to get the item
